Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?
Rimowa.com offers the following delivery options :
STANDARD:
From 2 – 3 business days after the order is shipped Complimentary for orders above 50,000 yen 550 yen for orders under 50,000 yen
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number to follow up the delivery.
Upon delivery, please make sure that the parcel is not damaged in any way.
Please note that once your order is shipped, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
Can I purchase online and pick-up my order in store?
Unfortunately, this service is not yet available.
How do I track my parcel?
Track your order status by logging into your RIMOWA Account.
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to check the delivery status directly on our tracking page.
